What is the patient transfer service?

Our patient transfer service provides patients with a reliable, professional service to take them from one location to the next, whether from home to rest home, to and from dialysis or to their residence upon discharge from the hospital. It is designed to meet the highest standards of patient care and comfort for those who utilize our services. This service provides transport to and from locations for:

• Patients whose condition means they need additional medical support during their journey
• Patients who find it difficult to walk or are non-ambulant and require stretcher service

How do I arrange a transfer?

We provide a service that is safe with high quality care provided by an experienced crew, a flexible approach to support your needs and a caring and dignified approach to all patients.
